Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your ShieldNest Bedding order reaches you.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are not currently able to accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery options and costs

  • Standard delivery: FREE on every order, no minimum spend. Estimated 3 to 5 working days.
  • Express delivery: GBP 6.99. Estimated 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery estimates are counted in working days from dispatch and exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland can occasionally take a little longer.

Order processing

Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, and orders placed after that time, at weekends or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel leaves us we will email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details where the service provides them. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Delivery attempts

Our carriers will attempt delivery and, if nobody is available, will either leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point, following the instructions you give them. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, carrier disruption or events outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within five working days of the estimated delivery date, email us and we will investigate with the carrier straight away.

Missing or damaged parcels

Please open and check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or looks like it has been tampered with, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund the item.

Incorrect addresses

If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further postage charge may apply for the second attempt.

Taxes and duties

All prices include UK VAT where applicable. As we ship only within the United Kingdom, there are no import duties or customs charges on your order.
